Refund Policy

At Financial Rights & Awareness Foundation (FRAF), we are committed to delivering professional financial consulting, credit dispute assistance, legal guidance, and customer support services. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered only if:

• The request is submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of payment.
• The requested service has not been initiated by FRAF.
• The service cannot be delivered due to an error solely attributable to FRAF.
• Duplicate payment has been made for the same service.
• Refund approval is subject to verification by our management team.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Request submitted after 3 days from payment.
• Credit bureau or bank rejects a dispute or legal request.
• Delay caused by banks, NBFCs, Credit Information Companies (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark), government authorities, courts, or any third party.
• Customer provides incorrect, incomplete, or false information or documents.
• Customer fails to cooperate during document verification or legal process.
• Work has already commenced or has been substantially completed.
• Customer changes their decision after work has started.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, send an email with the following details:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Service Purchased
• Payment Date
• Payment Transaction ID
• Payment Screenshot
• Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Processing

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may request cancellation before the service has commenced.
• Once document verification, legal review, dispute filing, consultation, drafting, or any service process has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
